The Process of Seeds
Crack open and the journey begins!

The Process Of Seeds Our most broken parts may lay present yet dormant like a seed in the dark earth of our being, but once we begin to crack open, like that seed we are drawn ever more strongly toward the light. It is then that we bloom and flower and the remembrances of that darkness only live in our roots and work to sustain us in a healthy forward motion. As we grow upward and our roots press downward we are centered and grounded in the path of depth and light that can guide us and all who watch our flowering.
When we decide to dive within ourselves for a closer look at what and who we are, we will most definitely stumble over some seeds of various sorts. There may be seeds of curiosity or hidden talents. There may also be seeds of repression and self doubt. But whatever seeds we find we must cultivate and draw them out or never live the full life we are intended to live. For To live in repression is to only half live. Seeds of Sadness
The most difficult seeds are those of repressed hurt and sadness. Often when we find them it is our urge to kick them further under the dirt and bluster around in an angry dither until we can distract ourselves and quickly forget they are there. But these seeds need our time and attention and if we deny this truth we only deepen our own downward spiral... further and further down that repressed path. I once lived there and literally began to physically shut down. At the young age of 33 my body had had enough and it told me so. It wasn’t until I pulled myself from the dark circumstance, that was my living entombment, that I began to even feel remotely human again. Crack open and the journey begins It took years of work to begin the process of growth that needed to occur, and I’m still growing, but it was in that moment when I left my dark circumstance that I finally cracked the seed open so that growth could begin. Seeing the process as beauty Have you ever watched a time lapse film of a seed planted then sprouting as it breaks open? The lively little green shoots press upward and the winding dark roots press downward and it is easy to sit there staring with your mouth wide open in awe of this grand phenomenon. But take away the time lapse and it’s slow going and no one would have the patience to sit and watch the entire process unfold. But when the flower comes we all want to stop and look and smell it’s beauty. But it still is a wondrous process and very needed for us to enjoy the end product. The realization of life
And when we can realize the beauty in the processes of the journey of our seeds we see that that path is our radiance. We also see the roots that are our deepening of character and we can appreciate who we are as we are becoming. And when we find purpose in each moment of our journey, we truly are alive and living a full and radiant existence!
